By using ChatAggregator, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ChatAggregator ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
ChatAggregator provides access to multiple AI language models through a single interface. Features include:
- Chat with various AI models (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
- Conversation history and sync
- Voice chat capabilities
- Multi-language support
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining your account security
- You must be at least 17 years old to use the App
- One account per person
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use ChatAggregator to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
- Harass, threaten, or harm others
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Distribute malware or spam
- Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
- Use automated tools or bots to access the service
- Generate content that exploits minors
5. AI-Generated Content
Important: AI responses are generated by third-party models and may be inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate. ChatAggregator does not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs.
- You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content
- Do not rely on AI for medical, legal, or financial advice
- Verify important information from authoritative sources
6. Subscriptions & Payments
- Free tier includes limited messages and features
- Pro and Plus subscriptions unlock additional features
- Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- Cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings
- Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies
7. Intellectual Property
- ChatAggregator and its original content are owned by us
- You retain ownership of content you create
- AI model outputs may be subject to the respective AI provider's terms
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- ChatAggregator is provided "as is" without warranties
- We are not liable for AI-generated content
- We are not liable for service interruptions
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us
9. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
