How do I change AI models?

Tap the model name at the top of your chat to open the model picker. Select any available model to switch. You can even switch mid-conversation!

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to iPhone Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → ChatAggregator → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.

Why can't I send messages?

You may have reached your message limit. Free users have limited messages per day. Upgrade to Pro or Plus for more messages, or wait for your limit to reset.

How do I use voice chat?

Tap the microphone icon in the chat input area. Speak your message, then tap stop. The app will transcribe your voice and send it to the AI.

How do I change the app language?

Go to Settings → Language and select your preferred language. The app supports 12 languages including English, Hindi, Chinese, Spanish, and more.

Is my data secure?

Yes! All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We don't sell your data or use your conversations to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently delete all your data including conversations. This action cannot be undone.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and request a refund for your purchase.
