1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Email address
- Name (optional)
- Profile picture (optional)
- Password (encrypted)
Chat Data
We store your conversations to provide our services:
- Messages you send to AI models
- AI responses
- Conversation metadata (timestamps, model used)
Usage Information
- App usage statistics
- Features used
- Device information
- Crash reports
Payment Information
For subscriptions, Apple handles all payment processing. We receive:
- Subscription status
- Transaction IDs
- We do NOT receive your credit card details
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide Services: Process your chat requests and sync conversations
- Improve App: Analyze usage patterns to improve features
- Support: Respond to your support requests
- Security: Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
- Communication: Send important service updates
3. Data Sharing
AI Model Providers
Your messages are sent to AI providers (via OpenRouter) to generate responses. These providers include OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others. Each has their own privacy policies.
We Do NOT:
- Sell your personal data
- Share data with advertisers
- Use your conversations to train AI models
4. Data Storage & Security
- Data is stored securely on Cloudflare's infrastructure
- All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
- Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms
- Regular security audits are performed
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of your data
- Delete: Delete your account and all data
- Export: Export your conversations
- Correct: Update your personal information
6. Data Retention
- Account data: Kept until you delete your account
- Conversations: Kept until you delete them or your account
- After account deletion: Data is permanently deleted within 30 days
7. Children's Privacy
ChatAggregator is not intended for children under 17. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 17.
8. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries outside your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email.
